Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualifying prospects.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
- Day-to-day account management and development.
- Source and work customer referrals.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
- Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
- Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing
clients.
Requirements:
- A self-motivator drove growth and success.
- Working knowledge of online marketing including content marketing, SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC, and social
media.
- A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency, and a high level of energy.
- A proactive thinker who recognizes and understands our business strategy/direction.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Candidate must be proficient in Hindi/Punjabi/Tamil/Telugu & English with technology sales experience.
