Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the executive management team to assess and improve current business processes.
- Carry out end-to-end account management for the assigned team.
- Coordinate portal reconciliation and payment collection.
- Track, review, approve, and issue invoices and account statements.
- Ensure and track timely follow-ups on the payments.
- Maintain and track receivables/invoicing data and share monthly/weekly reports within the management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Mathematics or Finance. MBA/PGDM in Finance is good to have.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Quick learner with experience in handling any ERP/CRM tools for accounting.
- Process-oriented: Demonstrable commitment to following processes, documentation, record keeping etc.
- Work Timing – 09:00pm to 06:00am (Canadian Shift)
